Tealsub uses Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record for all subscription billing. Dodo Payments appears on your bank or card statement, handles tax collection and invoicing on our behalf, and processes refunds according to the policy below.
All subscription payments to Tealsub are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated below. Because each plan includes prepaid token credits that are made available to your workspace immediately on payment, we generally cannot reverse a charge once a billing cycle has started.
We will consider a refund request if:
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, but the current billing cycle you've already paid for remains active until it ends — we don't prorate or refund the remaining days.
Email us within 7 days of the charge with your workspace name and the reason for the request. Since Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
We ask that you contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly with us. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Tealsub may result in immediate suspension of your workspace while the dispute is reviewed by Dodo Payments.
