2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Technical failure that prevents access to the service for an extended period.
• Billing errors caused by our system.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

4. Suspension & Abuse

Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including sending spam, high bounce rates, phishing, malware, or illegal content, are not eligible for refunds.
