Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
1. Permission-Based Sending
Tealsub only allows emails to be sent to recipients who have provided explicit permission to receive communications from you. Purchased, scraped, or third-party lists are strictly prohibited.
2. Domain Verification
All users must verify ownership of their sending domain before sending emails. This helps protect recipients and maintain high deliverability standards.
3. Unsubscribe Requirement
Every email sent through Tealsub must include a working unsubscribe link. Users may not remove, hide, or disable this functionality.
4. Content Moderation
To prevent abuse, newsletter content is automatically reviewed using automated moderation systems. Content that contains phishing, malware, illegal material, or deceptive practices will be blocked.
5. Bounce & Complaint Monitoring
Accounts that generate excessive bounce rates, spam complaints, or other deliverability risks may be suspended or permanently terminated to protect the platform and email ecosystem.

- Phishing or impersonation
- Malware or harmful links
- Illegal or fraudulent content
